Unfortunately, showing up unannounced at a work place and discussing private billing matters with people other than myself is a privacy issue, so no, I wouldn’t recommend the service to anyone I know.

It would be great if the follow up call for the same problem could be handled by the same person so there is some consistency & I don’t have to explain the whole situation over again. I realize due to scheduling conflicts, this is not always possible. Fortunately my follow up was handled by another very capable & intelligent guy, Johnny. He was able to read Jason’s notes to get the idea of what had been going on.

Refilling the bate traps was very expensive and it doesn't look like they have had any use. This winter will be the test. When Peregrine first came out to load and place the traps, it was going to have a representative come back to drop off a couple of different vent cages to see which one would work best. No one did that or followed up.
