I have used Peregrine several times over the past year to help control the vole problem I have in the front and back of my house. With each visit, the vole problem has gotten worse. After one year, my lawn is in the worst shape it has ever been since first building the home in 2015. I am very disappointed in Peregrine, especially with the customer service. Each time I detail the issue I am having I get the following generic response: "Unfortunately, this year has been a very high activity year for both mice and voles". The next sentence I get is "refill your bait station". I have been pouring lots of money into Peregrine and their filling of bait stations yet my vole issue has been exacerbated and their population undoubtedly multiplied. I have let your company know that I am not paying to have bait stations refilled - I am paying to reduce the vole population, not have it increased. I do not appreciate feedback from a customer service representative who is providing robotic advice on how to control the problem without having looked at the problem in person. I was very hopeful that Peregrine would be able to help with my problem but it has not. There is no ability to post pictures on this review of how my lawn has changed over the years (increasingly worse, now with pronounced tracks that tour the entire perimeter of the house) but I will post them online on public sites and tag Peregrine so that they are aware. I appreciate that you have these feedback mechanisms to improve the quality of service of your company but it is unfortunate I will not benefit from those improvements.

Nothing comes to mind, but I feel if I did have a suggestion they would give it consideration without any undue pushback.
More than one ladder placement costs extra. Entry into the attic is extra. For $500 base cost I would not expect to be paying extra for every little thing
I found it very difficult to get through to Peregrine on the phone. I tried three times before I ultimately got through after waiting quite a long time on two prior occasions for someone to pick up. Otherwise, I am pleased with their service.
