Be a little more careful with notes on the Service tickets; customers like myself really want to know what the extent of the problems we are dealing with and the technicians notes are very helpful in this regard.

The only thing I could think of would be to do a quick assessment before the first treatment of the home to help the homeowner understand what steps to take in preparation.
Take pictures of work done and suspected areas where critters are getting in or nesting.
