Mark came and was polite and professional. He noticed had a dog and asked if I wanted to let her out before chemical was applied since it’d have to dry before she goes out. This was extremely helpful as she hadn’t been out yet and it would have been a problem to wait an hour.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Peregrine has expertise to handle most issues and even when they don’t know something they follow up and ask questions to improve their knowledge. Constant improvement is what makes a company great.

With pests such as voles it might make sense to canvas the neighbours to help them understand the benefits of signing up for a common vole control program if one person signs up for the vole poison.

Peregrine has taken care of squirrel and ant problems for me. They are very helpful, prompt and pleasant to deal with. Jason has successfully looked after my problems and I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Peregrine several times over the past year to help control the vole problem I have in the front and back of my house. With each visit, the vole problem has gotten worse. After one year, my lawn is in the worst shape it has ever been since first building the home in 2015. I am very disappointed in Peregrine, especially with the customer service. Each time I detail the issue I am having I get the following generic response: "Unfortunately, this year has been a very high activity year for both mice and voles". The next sentence I get is "refill your bait station". I have been pouring lots of money into Peregrine and their filling of bait stations yet my vole issue has been exacerbated and their population undoubtedly multiplied. I have let your company know that I am not paying to have bait stations refilled - I am paying to reduce the vole population, not have it increased. I do not appreciate feedback from a customer service representative who is providing robotic advice on how to control the problem without having looked at the problem in person. I was very hopeful that Peregrine would be able to help with my problem but it has not. There is no ability to post pictures on this review of how my lawn has changed over the years (increasingly worse, now with pronounced tracks that tour the entire perimeter of the house) but I will post them online on public sites and tag Peregrine so that they are aware. I appreciate that you have these feedback mechanisms to improve the quality of service of your company but it is unfortunate I will not benefit from those improvements.

Well, first and most important, they got rid of the mice that seem to sneak in my house every winter. They are always on time and polite and answer all my questions.

I have been using Peregrine Pest Service for a number of years.... I have a very large garden and live across from a large field. Prime living spot for voles and mice... They have consistently shown excellent service every time I have required a service call. The traps keep the numbers down and definitely keep the critters from coming into our home. Would I recommend them... absolutely!!!
