Well Jason is a compassionate exterminator which is why I have also used your company in the past for squirrels at another rental property. This I do like, however we discovered afterall that Jason did release the skunk on our property, and it could not get out the fence. He likely did not realize that our acreage is completely fenced since the fence is hidden within the trees, and the skunk could not get out, so ended up getting attacked by our dogs once we let them out, and the skunk sprayed them and got severely injured and suffered for several hours. I called Jason, and Jason does not like killing animals to put them out of their misery, which I understand, but I spent a lot of my own time calling around trying to find someone to help me deal with this skunk. When I called Jason he said he released the skunk that he trapped at another property in Bragg Creek immediately before coming to our house after the skunk sprayed in his truck, which is why he smelled so strongly of skunk. He stated he only releases in Bragg Creek, however this may be an unusual circumstance for him where he needed to release the skunk more urgently since the spray was so strong that Jason's eyes were watering and our entire house smelled of skunk because of the residue on his clothing. Also more of my time spent taking our dogs to the groomer for a bath for a bill of $200. Mostly feel badly for the skunk though and when I called the office she stated that each exterminator has his own favorite release locations, some of them may be in Bearspaw. IJason said that he does not do what other exterminators do, which is gas them, drown them, or inject them with nail polish remover. This I like about Jason, however your company should have approved release areas that are far away from houses for your exterminators so your customers do not have to deal with release issues on or near their properties. I have been personally involved with Peregrine on a commercial residential complex with multiple issues, each of which required a separate strategy. Peregrine have consistently met all our needs and I cannot really think of anything they could do better. They are friendly, timely, efficient and most importantly, effective.
The cost is considerable - perhaps discounts for repeat customers could be offered.

I would have appreciated talking to the technician after they were there. One lady on the phone said they would spray the wasps that were in there and then the ones that returned would get the poison/substance on their wings and die. It appears the technician sprayed and also knocked the nest down right away...curious to the reason. I was out on Tuesday again, and still did not see any sight of any wasps...I wondered if they were hornets, they seemed so large. Maybe because they were so angry at me...when I went into my shed.

I wish everyone was a friendly and knowledgeable as Peregrine so nothing that I can think of to improve on.
