Hello, this is the second year we have called you. Last year twice we had called. It was great last year. This year, it turns out we had a wasps nest and gopher issues. We still have gopher issues and the guy is supposed to come back on Friday now again. So perhaps it's too early to ask for my feedback since the 200 bucks we paid for the gopher is still there...

Still waiting on paperwork and have not been able to confirm if they actually completed the work which I was quoted for. For mice pest control I would recommend people take care of it themselves as it is not difficult and fairly expensive. However due to the circumstance I am currently in I had to hire pest control. I previously had Orkin at the house as well, and the communication has been much better so far, but your cost is $120 more for the same service. I currently cannot compare the quality of work but Orkins was poor which is why i opted to try another company.

Peregrine staff are always very polite and efficient. They take time to make sure they are performing what was asked, clearly outline what they will do and confirm everything when completed. Their follow up visit is similar. When have been very pleased with the bug control they have done at our home over the past 8 years. I would highly recommend them.

we are not happy about the spider spray this time. It was done 2 weeks ago and we have spiders back already. when you did it last year it was excellent, never saw any spiders. I don't understand why this would happen. Dave & Maria Kurschenska

How quickly a crew was mobilized to my house to complete the work. Within 4 days of calling and we had a two day delay due to rain :)

Maybe a list of where exactly was sprayed so I knew where the ant chemical was applied.

I'm new to Calgary and I bought new home here. The first thing I noticed was the spiders all over the house on the outside.I'm a commuter and I asked on social media who to call to get rid of the spiders Peregrine was recommended and now when I come home I don't see any spiders around which is great.

You have been to my house three times for three different pest types: pocket gophers, voles and now pigeons.. You are knowledgeable, very friendly, professional, and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend you.

Prompt, courteous technicians who thoroughly investigated our issues. They even pointed out a wasp nest we hadn't seen! Very happy with the resolution and also the cost was very fair.

They only suggestion I'd have is we never could. Identify the pest that defecated at out front door. The technicians were not sure, it would have been good to know what it was!
