the service was good but the technician didn't finish the job because it was too windy. someone was supposed to call to arrange a second visit for him to finish the job but nobody has called yet. But we were charged in full.

Great listener as I freaked out on the phone about our squirrels - and she was flexible as regarded times and dates to deal with the problem.
