Service has been awesome but I'm on a fixed budget as a retiree- perhaps discounted rates for seniors would be beneficial. The more animals relocated -a discounted price could be implemented. I'm asking the family for Peregrine gift certificate for Mother's Day!

Suggestion... follow up email to remind the client that the prescribed solution time-line is approximently X number of months, the end of season for the particular pest is X , alos the beginning of the season is X would yo]u like to schedule us for a start of season application? (it is easier to retain a client than to earn a new one)
The service was incredible I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
The service was great! Would appreciate providing feedback after time has passed so that I could see that my pest problem is gone or at the very least under control.
Ask if the client has a 2 story house if you need to put a squirrel door up. The service guy came but had to come back another day because he needed another worker to hold the ladder.
There was a misunderstanding on billing on my last visit. Peregrine reversed the fee to my satisfaction. I would suggest that before the person would come out for a repeat visit that if Peregrine would charge for that visit that it would be told to the client before the visit so there are no surprises
