We have only used the service two Or three times, & they have done a very good job of getting rid of our problem. They are friendly ,clean, & service is fast.

Absolutely. The service was a quick turn-around from the time we called. The education regarding Voles and skunks was helpful and reassuring. The technician clearly was well educated in poisoning and provided us valuable information.

Employees at Peregrine are very knowledgable. They return calls, answer questions and are prompt at "relocation" of trapped animals. I appreciate their service as no one likes a skunk living under their deck.

Service has been awesome but I'm on a fixed budget as a retiree- perhaps discounted rates for seniors would be beneficial. The more animals relocated -a discounted price could be implemented. I'm asking the family for Peregrine gift certificate for Mother's Day!

Excellent company to deal with. When I called, all my questions were answered satisfactorily. We have a major vole problem as our yard backs on to a golf course. Their prices are very reasonable and I like the fact that they confirmed the appointment by email and sent a picture of the technician who would be coming by. They installed four baiting stations (I like the fact that the stations look like rocks) and even made suggestions on how to get rid of the voles for good in some areas. You came up with a terrific solution that is safe for our pets, blends into the garden and does the job...one phone call and you come and replace the bait...it's perfect....

Prompt response and an accurate assessment of the situation. Prescribed solution effectively dealt with the problem.

Good question? Suggestion... follow up email to remind the client that the prescribed solution time-line is approximently X number of months, the end of season for the particular pest is X , alos the beginning of the season is X would yo]u like to schedule us for a start of season application? (it is easier to retain a client than to earn a new one)

The staff that answered the phone was professional and helpful. The staff that came to the house was incredibly polite and helpful as well.

I was surprised how professional the staff was. I was treated respectfully from the very first phone call and was impressed that a picture of the service worker was sent to me prior to his visit so that I could feel comfortable letting him in my home.

The service was great! Would appreciate providing feedback after time has passed so that I could see that my pest problem is gone or at the very least under control.

Ask if the client has a 2 story house if you need to put a squirrel door up. The service guy came but had to come back another day because he needed another worker to hold the ladder.

There was a misunderstanding on billing on my last visit. Peregrine reversed the fee to my satisfaction. I would suggest that before the person would come out for a repeat visit that if Peregrine would charge for that visit that it would be told to the client before the visit so there are no surprises
