The response time is great. The staff are always curtains on the phone . We were very happy with Peregrine''s service last year. We had a big problem with vole in our yard. Technician Will took care of the problem last year.He knew what he was doing. This year we have the same problem, did everything recommended by Peregrine technicians. We even signed up for the maintenance program. The problem has not been solved, unfortunately we are paying for the service but there is no resolution to the problem. The Technician told us there is no solution to our problem. We are bit disappointed, but we will try and find another solution .

Great staff that know what they are doing when it comes to pest control. Peregrine provides weekly updates on number of pests trapped and removed from the site. Price is reasonable for services provided.

Though not the most inexpensive of its peer group, they are knowledgeable and effective and excellent to deal with!

The owner is fabulous and the service technician was right on time and so friendly. All in all a great company to deal with when you have critters you don't want to deal with. Great job guys!!!!
