Were a little slow in providing the estimate but initial visit and completion of work was very quick

I did not understand that I was actually purchasing the traps so that should be clarified up front.
I first called and asked what time the tech would be out, was advised that I didn’t have to be home.
Then missed a call and called back -was told it was for payment
Then got another call to say nothing was done and I would have to be home.
Very poor communication and process in place.
It would be good if a specific time or time range could be provided rather than “anytime” on the agreed day.
Maybe just put a card in the mailbox or hang something on the door that they arrived or maybe a picture to show how much was used.
Nothing I can think of.
The service cost is charged to our credit card immediately, but I have to ask to have the invoice emailed. Not a huge problem.
The last time we had someone out to take care of bees under our step we were told the little entry hole would be left for a few days and then we could fill the hole. The service technician filled the hole immediately with a black filler, even when we asked what the colour would be because we were concerned about how it would look. We’re not happy with the look. But the bees are gone!
Improve on pricing - expensive.
Better communication in terms of estimated time to arrive on appointment day instead of just communicating when you are about to come. This does not help with the planning of our own activities.
