From the frontline staff Marilynn and Kathy, so friendly and prompt to get us booked in for service calls to deal with mice.. awesome to deal with. Jason has been our go to technician and is just awesome and very knowledgeable . All our questions and concerns were addressed.

I first called and asked what time the tech would be out, was advised that I didn’t have to be home. Then missed a call and called back -was told it was for payment Then got another call to say nothing was done and I would have to be home. Very poor communication and process in place.

I had just put my house up for sale when I discovered far too many hornets buzzing around my back steps. Sure enough, there was a nest. It was late Thursday afternoon when I called Peregrine. Johnny came to my rescue the next day... he took care of the hornets and no one got stung.

We had a hornets nest and issues with insects entering the basement . Peregrine came in the morning and took quick care of both issues . Well done

They come when scheduled, even if it ends up being after hours. Staff on the phone and in person are friendly and professional. They get the job done.

The service cost is charged to our credit card immediately, but I have to ask to have the invoice emailed. Not a huge problem. The last time we had someone out to take care of bees under our step we were told the little entry hole would be left for a few days and then we could fill the hole. The service technician filled the hole immediately with a black filler, even when we asked what the colour would be because we were concerned about how it would look. We’re not happy with the look. But the bees are gone!

Improve on pricing - expensive. Better communication in terms of estimated time to arrive on appointment day instead of just communicating when you are about to come. This does not help with the planning of our own activities.
