Hi, Peregrine recently came out to fix a bird issue in a vent - the cost was $220.00 and I thought it was resolved. However, a week later the microwave wasn't working so I had to call another company - they came and found a dead bird still inside the vent causing issues, and they also found that the tape used around the vent by Peregrine was not fire-resistant and could potentially be a fire hazard. Please contact me to discuss as I do not feel I received a good service from Peregrine for $220..... Matt Crowell - 403-990-2751

I’m not sure I wouldn’t recommend you but I called regarding large bees under my deck. Was told the inspector checked with a camera and couldn’t see anything, but bees fly in and out from under there constantly. Was told they’re just going under the deck to find shade...was told you couldn’t spray under the deck as a nest/hive couldn’t be seen. Was kind of disappointing as the bees continue to be present and there was no solution or treatment to the issue. The call out charge is high for no treatment/solution. Not looking to put this review online - just feedback for the company internally.

Maybe just a little ahead communication re if payment taken before job or not since it was taken 2x's. It can happen. & heads up on stuff to buy to fill holes so bees don't come back???? We could have had it here so holes plugged perhaps? He did say he'll come back to do it and do one more dusting as spray not always 100% on bees. We've just been away entire week at hospital as hubby had heart attacked day of your guy being here. awe. crazy timing.

I would like to have had some kind of time frame. Even if it was just morning or afternoon. I think we were one of the last of the day, but waited all day not knowing. I know they said you didn't have to be home, but we wanted to know about the nest. Not a complaint, just a suggestion:) Thanks very much!! No wasps have returned!!!!

Fantastic small Calgary owned company. Greeted me by name and introduced themselves. They confirmed there were yellow jackets under my front porch and explained exactly what they were going to do. It took no more than 10 minutes to complete the dusting and presto none have been seen for more than 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company for any stinging insect control.
