The efficiency and friendliness of the staff.

Peregrine is very prompt with its service. A service call was scheduled for the next day and our wasp problem was dealt with in about 15 minutes flat. Many thanks!

This is our second time using Peregrine to rid our yard and flower beds of ants. Steven (service tech), arrived on time, looked at the required work, gave me an estimate that was accepted and went right to work. Did a great job, left the area neat and clean with the ants gone. Explained what to expect and to contact them if it appears that the ants were not all gone. Great job and professional attitude. If required I will definitely use them again.

It's a great service! fair pricing and a great job done. Henry is very pleasant and a diligent worker. The result was better than I expected. I was very happy to see he was wearing appropriate safety equipment as well. I hope there are no returning pigeons but if they do I will be on the phone to Peregrine pronto. I am grateful that you folks are willing to take on these "projects". Anyone with a pest problem should feel confident calling you folks.

They're staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They also complete a follow up with you. I also appreciate that they call you annually to see if you require additional services. I have recommended peregrine to my neighbours and they've contacted the company for help dealing with voles.

I was happy with the service I received from Peregrine. Contacted their office first thing in the morning, and by noon we had a Technician to our business, the dead rodent was removed and the area was cleaned and sanitized. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

They came to the rescue when I called them last minute to remove a bird from the fireplace and they were able to get a technician to come out the same day - that morning as a matter of fact. Carley was friendly, efficient and not only removed the bird but set it free within 10 minutes of arriving. Great job! And the staff who answered the phone was friendly and very efficient.
