They came out really quick and completely understood how frustrated we were...as well the front end office staff who I spoke to was fantastic and easy to talk too!!!

You responded in a quick and timely way. Although I would have preferred the mouse poop that was already visible had been cleaned up right away instead of being told it would be done on second visit. Also no check was done of the outside of house.

I liked the way Jeromy showed me what he does and how the bait traps work. I have full confidence the program will eliminate the mice and voles on our premises. Also, I liked how he identified the mouse we trapped inside the house was a mouse and not a vole.

They do a good job. The staff who come on site and very good at what they do and very polite.

We live on an acreage and we were doing extensive renovations over a period of months and our home was wide open. We saw some mice and tried to use our own traps without success. We turned to the professionals and hey immediately identified why our own traps weren’t working (we have pets with pet food left out) and they came and placed secure poison bait stations where we’d get he most impact. They were prompt and courteous and efficient. Good team.
