Tech was supposed to text or call beforehand with an ETA but did not do so.
Offering 'combination' pricing for multiple services (I.e. voles and pocket squirrels)
I have a pocket gopher in my front yard which has done considerable damage to my front flower bed. I was impressed with the reviews of Peregrine and with the response from my initial call. Darcy Hittel came to set traps Sept 8th, two days after my initial call and I was told he would return every couple of days until the gopher was caught and if there were more than one, their removal would be covered by my payment. Darcy was to come back on Monday but did not return until Tuesday, the pocket gopher had not been caught and he indicated he would return Thursday. He did not come, and on Friday I emailed him to see if he would be coming. He indicated that the company had him booked to return on Saturday, which he did. In the meantime the pocket gopher has not been caught and there are a number of additional mounds of dirt and many of my perennials have been destroyed. I feel I have been misled regarding the level of service. I have a friend who also has trouble with pocket gophers. I had recommended your company but will follow up with her to indicate that they should look elsewhere.
This year had to get another treatment to refil the bait stations . I could only find 5 containers as some where to high or I just count quite remember where they where . A different operator came over but only refilled the 5 I had found and some of the places I had had mouse activity he didn't put anything . This was just a week ago so am still waiting to see if lt worked but I think for 185 dollars I should have got more refills ,I was expecting all previous containers to be filled. We will see what happens but judging by the nibbling I am still hearing the bait will soon be all gone .
this is tough as I feel they do a great job. Maybe be more proactive in contacting me, but that should be my responsibility.
I think there service fees are a bit steep but you get what you pay for.
My wife would say pick up the trapped animals(skunks) sooner or have traps that have water available.
We waited 11 hours at home before a representative arrived. A dispatcher should call the day of the service to give an estimated time of arrival, say between 4 and 6pm. It was unnecessary to sit and wait at home for so long.
suggestions
well, obviously money is important, so I feel they price is somewhat high
