Technicians should provide more detailed reports, especially in rental situations where the person paying the bill is not present. If there are factors in the home that contribute to or encourage pest infestation then those findings should be clearly explained on the service invoice. This information is valuable for landlords, property managers and even homeowners themselves.

Be more available and responsive
Be a little more careful with notes on the Service tickets; customers like myself really want to know what the extent of the problems we are dealing with and the technicians notes are very helpful in this regard.
