The office staff was excellent in setting up the appointment. The crew that arrived at my house was on time, very efficient, seemed very knowledgeable - considering what we were dealing with, they handled it quickly and knowledgeably. The only feedback I have is that I paid over the phone with credit card - when I called to pay I was required to leave a message for call back. When the person called back, they used their personal cell. It was very uncomfortable giving all that information to "could have been anyone" over the phone. When taking credit card information by phone, I recommend the office number be used so that "Peregrine" shows up on the caller id.

Steve, who worked with us, did an outstanding job for us and was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and answered our questions. I have had two other companies do similar jobs in recent years and Steve seemed much more thorough.

Great service

Excellent service, capable and friendly technicians (we’ve dealt with several different ones and they’ve all been good). We mostly have issues with voles and occasionally skunks, and this company has really done a great job dealing with it.

Found them to be professional and easy to deal with from my first phone call right through to the end of treatment. Marilyn is easy to talk to and was super helpful with dealing with an upsetting situation. Darcy was prompt and explained things to us. Overall they helped make a stressful situation a bit easier.

Nick has helped me out with pesky rodents and pigeons over the past several. years. Great guy.

Good company to work with. Cathy in the office is great at following up and has a great sense of humor. Had them deal with a mouse problem at a rental property. Tenants did not want them to keep coming back but they insisted that they needed to keep coming back until the problem was resolved. Difficult to find that kind of service today. Highly recommended Peregrine General Pest Control.

On time and great service. Technician Steve was very thorough in explaining as to what he was going to do to, how the baits would be strategically placed and would come back to check.
