The application does seem to keep the flies to a minimum. Ken pointed out structural damage to the stucco due to a bat infestation. Also noticed carpenter ants and advised us to keep an eye out.

We have received a high level of customer service from the office staff and especially from the on site technician, who is always very friendly and helpful answering our concerns. I particularly like that he consistently leaves his work order with what has been and the current bait situation, even when were not home. Thank-you to all for a great job.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and respectful. He advised me on the course of action and things happened exactly as he said they would. The company actually called to set up follow-up appointments, as promised. Very reliable. I will use them again if the need arises.

It's a bit too soon for me to give proper feedback, since we just had the mousetraps put out a few days ago, but as far as the initial visit went, I would say I was pleased. Steven explained everything to us very clearly and seemed to be very thorough in looking at the exterior of the house for entry points. He was also very concerned about making sure the poison was not accessible to our dogs, which was much appreciated.
