I am very pleased with Peregrine. First of all, you were the only company I found who offered a practical and humane solution to the squirrel in my "attic" -- installing a one-way door over the entrance hole. Next, your employee came several hours early to scope out the situation, and when I told him that we had scared the squirrel out of the "attic", he immediately fixed the soffit area through which the squirrel had been entering/exiting, thereby saving me $350 (since he did not have to return), and then did some repairs in the roof/dormer area to ensure that he had secured the roof and overhang completely . Finally, he showed me a "squirrel path" outside and advised me where to set and how to use the trap I had purchased to capture the squirrel (if I still wanted). I found him to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and agreeable. And the squirrel has never returned into the house.

The service was fast and very friendly. From the receptionist to Jason, who came to my house. Jason was informative as to what steps would be taken. Fortunately, for me, the birds in my bathroom vent, had not yet made a nest, so the solution took no time at all to implement
