Everyone at Peregrine are very friendly and customer focused and when you call, someone actually answers the phone. Very professional, love they follow up with email as well. The tech's show up when they say the will and they to are very knowledgeable and friendly. We have been using Peregrine for over a year and are very happy with how they helped us; first control our pocket squirrel problem and then the vole problem. Now we are almost critter free.

What I like most about Peregrine General Pest Control was their timely and friendly customer service. Ken was great explaining in detail the steps he was going to take to remove a squirrel nest from our kitchen fan vent and install a cover to keep out the squirrels that had been nesting. there. He also answered all my questions about other pests in our area (skunks, voles, mice) and the services Peregrine provides to get deal with those pests. Thank you Ken for your timely and awesome customer service!

I like that they came on time and that the appointment email included the name and a picture of the person coming. Really nice touch. It's still too early to know if the product is working. But, again, I love that they made an effort to blend their "rock" into our yard and that the unit locks with a specific key. Knowing that the neighbourhood strays can't acceidently consume the product is a relief! I strongly recommend Peregrine for any of your pest control needs.
